Post-acquisition, Kirusa will also get access to company’s entire workforce, including the three founders and its intellectual property. This will further help the company in realization of its goal to breing in next generation messaging apps to the users. Launched in 2012, the Bangalore based Cooltok offers features such as text and voice chats, group chats, picture and file sharing, and phone calls. As claimed, its technology works with any data connection.
