GRC management platform VComply announced the close of a preemptive $6 million Series A funding round from Counterpart Ventures and Accel. The funding will further fuel the startup’s go-to-market operations in the US. VComply will use the additional funding to continue its platform’s growth in the US market, where compliance management is increasingly opaque and complex.
