Online e-sports streaming and community platform Rheo has raised $2 million from Lightspeed Venture Partners and Sequoia Surge, along with angels including Unacademy founders Gaurav Munjal and Roman Saini, former LinkedIn Country manager Mahesh Narayanan and RedBus founder Phanindra Sama. Rheo is building an ecosystem for mobile gamers where they can stream, watch, comment and streamers can create channels to monetize while playing video games.
