Centrum Housing Finance Limited (CHFL), a part of the Centrum Group, announced it has signed an agreement to raise about $26.5 million (Rs 190 crore) from a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia. As part of the investment, the fund will acquire a significant minority stake in the Mumbai-based lender. The proceeds will help the company expand its operations and enter new geographies.
