India’s Hero Enterprise has formed a $634-million (£500 million) joint venture with European real estate investment and asset management firm Catalyst Capital to invest in hospitality projects. The JV aims to make a significant equity commitment to acquire land and buildings and will also look to invest alongside other landowners, owners or developers.
