Passion Connect, a strategic HR services unit which has been incubated by Blume Ventures, has acquired Basil Advisors, an executive search firm. The company did not disclose additional details about the acquisition. With the acquisition, Passion Connect will be enabled to help Blume Venture’s portfolio companies recruit for a wider range of value-added services including executive search, international hiring and ex-founder hiring. Along with hiring services, Passion Connect looks into talent branding services, strategises dynamic and sustainable organisational design to cultivate a positive culture.
