Toronto-based commercial real estate services and investment management consultancy, Colliers International, has acquired a controlling stake in Synergy Property Development Services, a project management firm in Bengaluru, in a deal whose financial details were not disclosed. The merged entity would create one of India’s top players in the commercial real estate (CRE) space.
