Info Edge (India) Ltd informed the exchanges that Info Edge Venture Fund (IEVF) entered into a Contribution Agreement with MacRitchie Investments Pte. Ltd, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited for a contribution commitment of Rs375cr. The company had set up an Alternative Investment Fund named IEVF, sponsored through Smartweb Internet Services Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary. With a target corpus of Rs750cr, the Fund’s mandate is to invest in early stage technology companies.
