The Board of Polycab India at its meeting held on 02 May 2020 has approved the acquisition of 2,60,10,000 (i.e. balance 50% equity shares) of face value of Rs.10/- each held by Trafigura, Singapore (‘Trafigura’) in Ryker Base. Ryker Base would become a wholly-owned Subsidiary Company after acquisition of the said equity shares from Trafigura.
