Dr Lal Pathlabs announced that the Board of its wholly owned subsidiary, PathLabs Unifiers in its meeting held on 03 February 2020 has approved signing a binding term sheet for acquisition of following proprietorship concerns, namely: M/s Shree Computerised Pathology Laboratory and M/s Modern Diagnostics & Modern Lab.
