OTO Capital has raised Rs 10 crore from Prime Venture Partners in its first round of institutional investment. The company, which offers a mode of financing to people looking to own a vehicle through leasing, will use the money to set up an office in Bengaluru, create a team of engineers, and for sales and marketing operations.
