AskNicely, a New Zealand and US-based company that provides real-time customer feedback to companies, has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round, led by Nexus Venture Partners, a venture capital firm from India. The funding will help AskNicely build out the platform that helps businesses stay on top of customer feedback, motivate staff to deliver better customer experiences and drive customer advocacy.
