Japan’s SBI Investment leads $17.2 Mn funding in India’s healthtech firm mfine

Healthtech startup mfine has raised $17.2 million in a Series B funding round led by SBI Investment. Singapore-based SBI Ven Capital and BEENEXT also participated in the round, alongside existing investors Stellaris Venture Partners and Prime Venture Partners. The funding will help the Bengaluru-based startup augment its delivery of AI-driven, on-demand healthcare services across India. The capital raised will help mfine spruce up its hospital network across the country, build its AI technology and expand its recently launched new services, which include delivering medicines and conducting preventive health screenings and diagnostic tests.
