Global consumer brands investor L Catterton has agreed to acquire controlling interest in Impresario Entertainment and Hospitality, which operates casual dining brands and hangout bars like Smoke House Deli, Salt Water Cafe and Social. The restaurateur Riyaz Amlani is selling a small part of his holding, but will retain a sizeable minority interest and continue to run the business.
