IHCL on 21^st July said it has signed a binding agreement for the acquisition of the balance 14.28% equity interest in ELEL Hotels and Investments (ELEL) from the Nanda family. This will make IHCL 100% leasehold owner of the landmark Sea Rock hotel site by 31 December 2021. IHCL and their subsidiaries are collectively known as Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and are recognized as one of Asia’s largest and finest hotel company. (Business Standard)
