GroupM acquires creative agency The Glitch

WPP’s GroupM, the global media investment group has agreed to acquire digitally-led creative agency The Glitch in India. This acquisition will demonstrate the company’s growth plans in a technology-driven communication market. The Glitch will continue to operate as an independently positioned brand, while taking advantage of GroupM’s larger infrastructure and agency ecosystem.
