ACT plans to raise Rs.300-400 crore to fund growth

Wired broadband service provider Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) is planning to raise Rs.300-400 crore in the immediate term to fund its growth plan. The Bangalore-headquartered, private equity firm India Value Fund-backed company has a broadband subscriber base of half a million now. The Rs.500-crore company is looking to hit one million subscriber base in the next couple of years with strong presence across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and a few more cities.
